from the EAS carbse sense chocolate covered strawberry bars.........high in pprotein, low in sugar, low in carbs, and the taste is UNBEARABLE........... :worried:
 
LoL. I only really enjoy homemade protein bars. But my gf hasn't made them for me in a while.

I tried EAS cookies N cream once cuz they had a sale -- they were soooo freakin gross I felt like I was going to puke for 2 days afterwards. Ugh!!
 
I must say, I do like those Trio-Plex bars. And, I think they are fairly nutricious. (Someone correct me if Im wrong).
 
carb sense peanut butter and chocolate are pretty damn good....I got the marble fudge to try this afternoon............in case you were wondering, I had to spend $5000 on free EAS products....I got everything and anything made by that company.....I'll keep you posted..........
 
Here are some bars I would highly suggest:

ABB: STEEL BAR, CPB is the best
ON: Opti-pro meal bar, once again PB is awesome
There is also a bar called DETOUR, but I forget the brand right now.
If your looking for more of a low cal bar then the ZONE DIET(CPB) bar tastes great and is not a meal replacement(for a big guy).

You must be a newbie........Detours got hammered a few months ago because the nutritional values are extremely different than what they say.........pure candy...actually, better to have a snickers and a glass of milk bro.......

Your right about the Detout bars but I fuckin love them......they sell like candy......hmmmm??

it always cracks me up when I see you write about how terrible these bars taste because it's so true

LMFAO, I thought only gamers still used that lame term! Anyway, I have tried the Detour bar and it tasted pretty damn good. I would like to know where you get your info on each supplement bar. I would be very interested in looking up some other supplements nutritional content! Thanks
