I started my cutting diet this past Monday. I've cut out all high glycemic carbs and usually have little to no carbs past 2:00. I'm doing great - getting a high intake of protein and my "good" fats are in check. I'm spacing my meals out perfectly, so I'm never hungry. But boy I'm I testy today! I've already snapped at my boss twice today :worried:

I know this moodiness will pass in the next week or so...but I sure am a bitch today. Does this happen to anyone else when they first start cutting?
