got i feel a twit askin sumit so simple 2 u all

and how do i go about getting them?

stats = statistics
ie .. height, weight, bf% , years training, cycle history, etc

bf testing 3 point test, 7 point test, electric and the most accuate is the one where they drop u in a water tank.

only truly reliable bf testing is hydro or bodpod

calipers are cute but looking into the mirror and guessing will be about as accurate
