States that regulate the sale of pins

After doing a little research this is what I have found. The following states require a perscription for the purchase of IV needles, California, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island. The other 42 states DO NOT require a perscription. This data is from a recent study concerning the spread of AIDS and IV drug users. It is pro needle exchange and for unregulated sales. I have no way of checking the valitity of this but I suspect it is correct. Hope this helps some of you, Good luck just the same.

Yeah, you could buy them from smaller pharmacies in all the boroughs except manhattan.
