this is great info but it does not say anything about oklahoma. does anyone have any idea what the laws are like there?

Oklahoma is one of two states, Ohio being the other one, where syringes are neither explicitly allowed, OR prohibited. So you should be able to get them OTC, they will probably just make you show ID and/or sign a syringe pickup log, they do that to me here in Ohio.
