Starting winny tabs soon, how should I split them?

Starting next week I will be taking 50mg's/day of ttokkyo oral winny. Since each pill is 10mg's, should I take five at different times of the day? Or take all five at once? Also, Should I just swollow them or let them dissolve under my tongue? Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently taking the TT winny tabs...i take mine in the morning after i wake up and before i lift...i let them dissolve under my tongue...they are working great for me!

The half life of winny is very short I believe it is 9 hours so split them up accordingly

So, How does this look?

Wake up at noon and take 1- 10mg pill

2:30- 1- 10mg pill
5:00- 1- 10mg pill
7:30- 1- 10mg pill
10:00- 1- 10mg pill
12:30- 1- 10mg pill

Yes, I know this is 60mg's/day but I have enough to run 60 mg's/day for the six weeks. I will lwt all dissolve under my tongue. So, how does this look?
