I'm getting ready to start this cycle tomorrow. My stats are 5'9", 215# with 20% bodyfat. A lot of people tell me to get down to 12%, but that's impossible for me. Hopefully the VAR will help that a lot. Initially I was going to start that on weeks 6-10, but I'm thinking it'll be good until the test kicks in. Any last minute advice??

wk 1-9 EQ, 300mg/wk
wk 1-10 TEST cyp, 300 mg/wk
wk 1-8 VAR, 50mg daily
wk 1-12 Armidex, .5 daily
taking HCG week 3-5 also on weeks 7,8 and 11, 500 IU daily
wk 12, days 5-7, CLOMID 100mg/day
wk 13, clomid, 75mg/day
wk 14, clomid, 50mg/day
wk 15 clomid, 25 mg/day

I'm planning to inject 150mg eq on sunday and thursday, then 150mg test on tues and fridays. Also, Dermicrine for the entire cycle and post cycle!!! ANY feedback on this will be greatly appreciated!!!
 
A lot of people SAY they get cut while on steroids but I think they just look more cut because they've got more muscle and have been eating clean. Sure, it'll help but I think it's a waste since steroids are growth drugs and that's how they work best.

Having said that, your PCT is WAY over the top for that cycle. You could probably get away with just supps since the only thing that'll aromatize is the 300mgs of test.

(Yeah, yeah, the EQ will aromatize slightly but it's insignificant).

That's what a couple of people have said, so I have been thinking about taking the PCT down a notch. I'm very prone to gyno also, so was trying to be careful there too.
 
9wks of eq @300 is not going to do much for you.
I would raise the eq to at least 400 and run it for at least 12wks min.
Eq takes 7-9wks to kick in.
PCT, I would still run the HCG, 10 days at 500iu should be plenty and then clomid @50mg for 2-4wks.
 
you will only need 1/4 cc of a-dex throughout, and probably should drop the var to 30-40 mgs and up the Eq to 400 for 12 weeks.
 
you say its impossable for you to lose fat .I was once like you only that helped me was when I decided to take all the junk food out of the house a year ago.no cake ,no icecream ,no candy,no chips ,no sodas no junk food period.

just freash fruits, veggies ,rice, milk,cottage cheese,chicken,fish and beef

get the junk out of sight and youll lose the weight....

then do the cycle, Untill then I think your wasting your time and money becuase having a high body fat to start with means you do not have your diet right and not willing to fix it means your not dedicated and shouldnot even start a cycle..

put the gear away and get that diet straight ..

My diet isn't bad, I haven't eaten junk food in quite a while. Every morning I have a cup of oatmeal and a fruit like an apple or bananna. mid morning I have a protein shake and a bananna. For lunch, it's usually a piece of grilled chicken or can of tuna with an apple. mid afternoon it's a protein shake. For supper I cook brown rice and cut up a piece of round steak or chicken and add it in with the rice with celery or broccoli. It's just the danny devito genetics I've been lucky enough to have!!!

oh boy well you said it yourself you have bad genetics i dont think roids are the cure for that ...btw you said you only eat fruit or and a cup oatmeal
when you posted up before you eat 5-6 eggwhites with it..?
dont underestimate how important the protien is 6 times a day to help burn fat...
do you get your heart rate up during cardio 3 times a week that you should be doing? if so for how long?
thats the key to burning fat atleast for me

lol Yeah I can run like hell, usually in the mornings before work I run for an hour on the track, and off of work I do the epliptical or treadmill until I burn 900 calories. Usually do cardio 6 days a week, and have been doing it for 6 months now. I have dropped a lot of bodyfat, but have hit a plateu with it and can't seem to get the bellyfat off no matter what. If it weren't for the belly, My bodyfat would be way low. You're right about the eggwhites, I have been using flax oil, and cut out the eggwhites mostly because I was using the ones in a carton and ran out, and didn't think they were doing much good, so it's been a couple of weeks but I will start eating them again. Thanks for responding, any advice is always welcome!!!
 
Unless you are extremely susceptible to gyno, (only 300 of test and EQ minimally aromatizes) arimidex is probably unnecessary for this cycle (Nolva 10mg QD would be fine); and I agree with Nelson Montana...Take down the PCT a notch or two.

Yeah, I've already been working on the PCT thing, everyone has been helping a lot, I am pretty succeptable to gyno though, and already have the armidex on hand. When I was figuring out the PCT thing, I was under the impression that too much was ok, but a lot of people have been telling me to take it down a bit, so I'm going with the advice!!! Thanks bro!!!
