starting the cutting cycle

i have just started my cycle yesterday (monday). my first cycle of dbol and test enanthate put me at 170. now im trying to get cut and im taking gtp winstrol tabs at 50mg a day (2 tabs 25mg each) and 400 mg of equipoise boldenone undeclynate once a week. im also using vpx redline liquid, not the energy drink, the cough syrup tasting one at 5mg a day and 25 mg of stacker 2 w/ ephedra with 25 mg of ephedrine group alkaloids. im going to run this for about 8-10 weeks. hopefully it will get me ripped and lean. what do u guys think?

winny wont make you loose bf. only diet and cardio will do that. And 8-10 weeks is WAT TOO LONG to be on winny. 6 weeks at max
 
Last cycle put you at 170. Where are you now? Still same weight? What's your height? BF%, Those are all inportant if you want good feedback. And what is your age?
 
As for the cycle, it sounds good. Remember, the most important aspect of "cuting" will be your diet! It's key to your success. I'm also curious as to what your stats are ? I hope you have a PCT planned and ready to go.

im 24 years old. my weight right now is 170-173. my height is 5'10''. my bf % is at about 18%. i already have a bottle of clomid that i will run for 2 weeks after my cycle
 
been working out for about 2 and a half- 3 years. started using bowflex in january for cutting. used to go to a gym and use notihng but free weights for bulking. my diet consist of high proteins such as canned tuna in water, salads with light dressing, lean chicken breast grilled on the bbq grill with lemon juice and pepper, lean steak cuts, alot of water, diet soda in i do drink soda, baked potatos, corn, and on saturday which is cheat day, well actually, its a cheat meal. i dont eat junk food the whole day, just one meal such as a pasta dish or 2 slices of pizza or a ice cream cone. not all of them, just one of them once a week. i usually eat from 4-6 meals a day. most of the time i eat 4 small meals as it is hard for me to keep track of time and eat every 2 and a half hours.

my cardio consist of hitting the heavy bag for about half an hour, 15 minutes of hitting the speed bag, and 15 minutes of intense speed rope. some days, just half an hour of heavy bag, and half hour of speed rope in intervals
 
i could be wrong but i was under the impression that if you ran EQ or Deca w/ out a test base you would end up w/ a limp d***. is that right? just curious. plus its gonna be hard to run a cutting cycle w/ EQ as far as appetite goes. i guess the stacker 2's would help w/ that though?
 
wow man. you need to do more research on diet, training, and then AAS. 170 at 5-10 after bulking, you dont need AAS

Well, that's all true but the real killer here is that he's 170lbs, 5'10, .......

Def. training and diet is an issue.
If I had to guess, that diet you just typed up (not you swolk, hondas2k) which tells us what you "eat" is not what you have been eating.......I call bullshit on that one.......but instead, what you PLAN on eating during this cycle. Otherwise, you wouldn't be 18% BF. Sorry.

170lbs, 18%bf, at 5-10 AFTER a bulking cycle. something is seriously wrong. he needs go get diet and training correct for a while b/f he jumps into AAS

That's fine. Swolk prob meant after your last cycle (I guess you can try to call it a bulker). We're not trying to flame you brotha, but you are wasting your gear....seriously! No matter how much gear you're taking, if you don't know how to train correctly (ie. the right excersises, form, muscle groups to pair, a decent amount of strength as a base to build on) and how to eat properly (ie. what type of foods, how much of those foods in one sitting, what time to eat those foods, what to eat/drink between your meals of those foods, and what supplements to take) then you're wasting it. If you gain any "muscle" , actually let's call it weight, if you gain any weight ...it'll be water weight and it'll be gone as soon as you're done with the gear, and you'll be poorer with nothing to show for it. That's reality bro, steroids are not magic. If you think about it, sometimes they're A PAIN IN THE ASS (no pun intended) because of all the shit that goes along with it in terms of preparation and going out of your way to make them work. Nothing against you bro. Good luck!

Rule #1-whatever got you big will keep you big. Keep using the free weights and heavy weight
Rule #2-Always include test in your cycles. It will keep your mass on you.
Rule #3-Corn is a very high GI carb, which should be cut out during cutting. Baked potatoes are not good either.

I dont think this guy is listening to anything that we said. i dont know why here is here if it is not to learn
 
had a virus on the computer and poeple trying to hack into all the passwords and tracking my ip address so i had to bring it to get it fixed.

i have been training for a while and around january bouhgt a bowflex to try and get cut. yes i am at 18% bodyfat but my diets HAS changed. i have been eating right, if i cant fit a meal in, i drink a protein shake. i try to eat every 2 and a half hours. i do about 45-60 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. been on winny at 50mg ed and eq at 400mg a week. today is my second week. just weighed myself this morning and im at 166.2, weighed myself tonight and im at 167.8.
 
good luck. listen to all of our advice above. And i dont know if you are going to find too many people here complimenting you on your bowflex
 
yea i know. its ok. i prefer freeeweights too but beggers cant be choosers. i bought it and ended my 2 year contract at the gym. now im stuck with it. thanks for all your advice everyone
