hey guys i'm starting my deca/win cycle sunday here's what i got planned at this point tell me what you think,
week1 deca 300mg,win 50mg eod
weeks 2-7 deca 400mg,win 50mg ed
week 8 deca 200,win 50mg ed
ten days after the last deca shot i plan to start clomid at 50mg a day,then 100mg a day,then back to 50mg a day
the only reason i'm starting the deca and win on the low side is because of supply and money..lol

i would do

deca @ 300-400 1-10
winny 50mg ed in the last few weeks of the cycle that runs into your last shot in week 10

i would wait 3weeks after last shot before clomid

can you get some d-bol for the first couple of weeks?

I agree with what MikeyLikesJuice said. Run the winny for the last 5-6 weeks. Running dbol for the first 4 weeks at 20-30mg would work well.

mikey, yea i could get some dbol but i'm not going to i get gyno pretty easy and ill mostly be cutting but i would always like to put on a little more size, but i may stretch it out 10 weeks though,iknow u guys are going to say i should use eq then but i had some deca left over and wanted to use it up
