Ok, I am a firm believer in not knocking something until you try it. Therefor I made a little routine for tomorrow that I am calling "SSAlexSS Overtraining". It consists of what I read about ARMagadon and One Day Arm Cure, with a little change to fit my needs.
I'll be doing 250x6 bicep/tricep/forearm training at a tempo throughout the day and drinking more whey/glutamine/creatine/ala/flax mixes than I can probably handle. I am starting at 11am and ending at 9pm.
I'll keep you all updated on if I grow or not, and be sure to complain about how much it hurts. Don't be surprised if I don't post though, since I will probably be dead/in the hospital by the end of the day.
Btw - Yeah I know this is extremely stupid and is just overtraining, but it should be fun! If it works it works, if not I'll always have the memory of my extreme stupidity
