Hello Elite Fitness Forums:
I am about to start my second TRT cycle. I understand TRT is typically not cycled but constant, however I easily found a Dr. who was willing to prescribe the following therapy and call it TRT:
First my stats:
42, 6'1" 205 reasonably lean. Training for 25 years. Did a few very mild cycles in my early 20's with great results. Unable to locate plus concerned about black market quality so I stayed away for 15 years. Did first TRT cycle last spring of 400mg testE/week followed by PCT. Prescribed by same Dr.
Work out: 8 - 12 sets per body part. Heaviest weight I can lift for around 8 - 10 reps

Cycle I'm about to start:
Weeks 1 - 2
Day 1 100mg testC + 2mg Finastride
Day 2 50 mg testP + 1 Anastrozole cap
Day 3 1 Anastrozole cap
Day 4 50 mg testP + 2 mg Finastride
Day 5 1000 mcg B-12
Day 6 250 units hCG
Day 7 250 units hCG
Weeks 3 - 11
Day 1 200mg testC + 2mg Finastride
Day 2 100 mg testP + 1 Anastrozole cap
Day 3 1 Anastrozole cap
Day 4 100 mg testP + 2 mg Finastride
Day 5 1000 mcg B-12
Day 6 250 units hCG
Day 7 250 units hCG
PCT Weeks 12 - 14
weekly 1000 mcg B-12
14 days post last test injection
Day 1 - 10 (1000 units hCG + 1 Clomiphene cap) twice daily
Day 11 - 15 1 Clomiphene cap twice daily
Hair loss:
I was extremely concerned over hair loss when doing test. The additional Finastride is being taken to remove the additional dht from the test. Also take Propecia daily and use 5% Rogaine foam. I noticed very little additional hair loss when I was on my last testE cycle (TRT) similar to above, but only testE.
Diet and Body fat:
I did train very consistently and very hard when on my last cycle. I should train that hard all the time, but I do my best.
I kept my calories high and made sure I had protein 4+ times a day. I might have eaten too many calories as I put on a little body fat while on my last cycle. Put on a max of 20 lbs. Very positive comments from friends in and out of the gym.
Thinking I should keep my calories around 3500/day and my protein around 200.
Questions:
Should I wait until the cycle is completed to worry about losing body fat? If I was carrying too much fat 6+ weeks in, what if I cut my calories some but kept my protein at 200?
I have read "it's easier to lose fat then gain muscle" so take full advantage of your enhanced state when on cycle and cut off cycle. Do the members in the forum agree? Diet post cycle?
I asked my Dr. for 500mg/week as I read that was the minimum recommended for a cycle, but Dr. told me that testP has a much higher absorption % and the above cycle is equivalent to 500mg/week testC.
Any feeback to help me maximize my gains sure would be appreciated.
