Hi,
Well, I'll do that routine every other day. That day is primarily for shoulders as I could never do shoulders well on chest/triceps day. I'll make it a misc exercise day and maybe toss in rotator cuff stuff and more ab work. and cardio.
Never owned a dojo, but did Aikido for a while.
