Starting out my Clen cycle!

My buddy from work got pretty huge after his last cycle of roids, and made an insane amount of gains, he then later told me about how he was going to keep most the mass while losing the added fat using Clenbuteral and a high protein diet. So I ordered my bottle with him and got a clear 99.9% clenbuterol HCL liquid with a dropper, and measured the appropriate dosage marking it on the droppler with duct tape to remind me it was the correct amount, and I take it twice a day.

I am on day 4, and it seemed the first 2 days I had minor shaking and moment of light-headedness but I have not experianced this in the past 2 days, I suppose my body has gotten used to it possibly because of my usage of Amphetamines, Ritalin, and Ephedrine in the past.

I do have some questions which answers will vary from person to person, most importantly I am very curious to hear how many pounds people lose while on this stuff, personally I have a 30 day supply and I am curious to see how it will work for me, and also how you changed your diet. I feel alot more hungry while using this stuff and my buddy told me it was alright to eat alot more since the metabolism becomes stimulated, but I did not get an answer on about how much more I was able to eat - am I able to eat as much during a bulking phase?

Any of these questions being answered will help me out greatly, and anything else you guys feel I should know will be wonderful. I read up on it extensivly before I purchsed it but it was all the typical "Back of the lable" kind of Bullshit on websites listing side effects and controversy, so I wanna hear from you guys who actually use the stuff!

all i can say is drink lots of water. and btw, expect to loose major weight, clen kills my weight big time, i feel it does nothing to help preserve muscle on its own, infact just the opposit unless you can massivly up you caloric intake and keep it clean with a good ammount of protein. just my .02 fro experience

I have a low percentage of body fat and I am extremely cut, pretty much can always see my muscles and always have veins buldging, I started the clen out of hearing that it was keep my fat down while bulking, and give me an even tighter look.

I havent been able to lift as I want to past few weeks from school and work, but my normal routine is about 5 days a week, using Why Protein, No2, and over the summer gained 10 pounds with Turbo V12 creatine.

that picture was over the summer during my creatine cycle and I was about 10 pounds lighter.
 
I find clen to be an awesome anti-catabolic drug. The fat loss isn't that amazing, but the ability to go low in cals while maintaining (even increasing in my case) muscle makes it very worthwhile.
 
yes you will just stay active, but dont exercize while on clen, you might hurt yourself. no joke, some may say no im being dumb but clen really makes your heart work, and if you add workout to this, you could easily over do yourself

ok buddy listen to me, keep the calories low, if you are going to intake more calories then your burn than you are not going to lose wieght. As far as protien is concerned used 1-1.5 grams of protien per pound of body wieght
so if you wiegh 220 pounds you are eating a total of 1320 calories max

no with clen i hope you know that you need to cycle it. people usually do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. now if you have Ketotifen using it at 1mg per 100mcg of clen you can stay on it longer....say a month or so

Always take taurine 5g a day, and for my own personal tip i recommend diet tonic water and lots of it to keep the muscles hydrated


and by no means dont eat 3000 calories of protien like tempest2003 said he doesnt seem to know what the hell he's taking about
 
i just started my clen today at 40mcgs and i didnt really feel too much just a slight increase in heart rate. anyways i have two questions b/c i've gotten mixed feedback on this... 1. should i pyramid w/ clen or find my optimal dose and stick w/ it? and 2. should i or should i not do cardio while on clen (if so how much?)
 
fuck dude the last thing you need to be doing right now is cutting!! you re a toothpick!! no offense but you cb go long way naturally! when I was 17 I was 195# with 12%bf and had 16"+ arms. Its winter also you should work out hard and eat like a pig for the next 3-4 months then in like feb or march strt your cutter for summer
 
I seem to do the opposite, because of time allownace I usually workout hard during the summer and gain my good muscle weight.
 
i agree with the post earlier your skinny as fuck why the hell are you going to take clen? you need to eat your ass off and put ON the pounds
 
Buddy, At 17 you are on a harsh drug. Get off these things.
All those controversial studies and side effect descriptions weren't bullshit. They were pieces of information for you to determine if this was a realistic drug for you.

You haven't stopped growing yet.
You're testosterone and growth hormone levels haven't even peaked yet.
For a guy who is 17 you look very fit.
You will make awesome gains in the next six months by sticking to proper diets and working out hard. Look in the Diet forums of this website and talk with guys who do this naturally for now. Messing around with your hormones at your age when you think controversial studies are bullshit can affect you in ways you don't know for the rest of your life. Do a search on that before you listen to an experienced gearhead who dodged the bullets of teenage steroid use.

In the next couple of years your natural test levels will even increase and your ability to build muscle and stay lean will increase. This is one of the best times of your life to naturally get yourself together. It won't come around again.

Alright, I'll probrably stop the cycle then, my interest is also probrably caused that 2 years ago I was 220 pounds and I had to lose all that fat and got down to 135, which is when I started bulking up with muscle. I never want to go back to that time when I was fat and want to keep lean ripped muscle forever pretty much.
 
perhaps you guys can help me out figuring out how many calories I should be eating everyday to make good gains then?
 
Also, should I be having a lean protein diet of high calories, or because of my age and shape eat fatty foods like pizza to gain quicker *i've been told both ways by different people*
 
jeez, today so far I ate

2 met rx peanut butter replacement bars
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 apples
1 quacker oat chocolate chip bar
some grapes
2 tyson boneless chicken breats (terriyaki)
a cup of coffee
- a few small things im forgetting, and I feel bloated yet I still ate under 1600 calories -_-.

is an antihistamine like benadryl...benadryl will work the same but is less effective and more needs to be taken. I didnt know you were 17, clen is a harsh drug for your age, so if you are going off it and want to use an OTC stack you can use benadryl in the same way to clean the receptors

I would stay away from clen untill u need to drop weight. right now I would look to put on not take off weight. If u need some advice just pm I"ll help ya out
 
You're in a great position, Wind.
At 17 you overcame a lot of extra weight and today you're fit. That's an excellent base to start your adult bodybuilding.

First, define your goals for 6 months, 1 year and 5 years from now.
That will determine the directions you go over that time.
That's also what will determine the diet you choose.
A powerlifter, a bodybuilder, and an endurance athlete all have different diets that take them to their goals. The diets that people give you here will help, but they may not match exactly with what you want to become. So it's time for you to learn about it through research.

There's a Diet tab on the Home page of this forum. Click that and start reading. Use the search function to bring up information on proteins, fats and carbs. You need all three, especially at your age. The proper balance of those along with all the other nutritional components and proper working out will give you what you need for now. You'll discover why the daily diet above won't help you really grow.

From that information, put together a couple of diet plans that will match your goals and then post them in that forum to ask what those people think of your work. You might get some smart ass answers just like you did in here. Let that trash roll off your back and keep your focus of what you want to accomplish.

And since you've touched the areas of AAS, I strongly suggest you resist the temptations to use those products until you're well into your 20's. That might seem like a long time for you, but you have a lot left to do that your body will yet do for you on its own.

Once you've reached a natural limit and you're finished growing(I've read about age 26), then reconsider it. I'm sure a lot of people in their early 20's who use AAS may disagree with that, so research it to make up your own mind.

That's controversial. It's worth you weighing both sides for yourself and not just listening to what someone else has done successfully in his own life.

You'll see some guys quote in here 'Food is the best steroid you can use.' Find out what that means, especially for you. When you get to 18 and 19 and you have your diet together and your exercise and rest together, you may grow as though you were on a permanent cycle. I'm watching a 19 year old at my gym do just that naturally.

It's easy to keep good health with good habits.
It's difficult to regain good health once you've messed it up.

Eat like crazy bud. I am sure you like being lean but you need to put on some size. Youll look like an runway model if you cut anymore. Your 17 with a good base and a fast matobilsm, eat 4000 cals a day and practice your heavy core lifts. Deadlift, Squat, Bench.
