starting my cycle next monday , need some help

ok guys , after 3 years without roids I am ready to start

Current weight - 213.5 bls
current BF % - 13.5 %

LEAN BODY MASS WEIGHT - 187 lbs
FAT WEIGHT - 26 .5 lbs


-------> GOAL :

weight - 209 lbs
BF % - 4.5 %

LEAN BODY MASS WEIGHT - 198 lbs ( + 11 lbs )
FAT WEIGHT - 11 lbs ( - 15 lbs )


I will be using , winny ( 50 mg EOD ) , EQ ( 300 mg week ) , GH ( 2 IU EOD ) , clen and the amazing yohimburn :)


My diet , training and rest are perfect . So , don't you start saying that my goals are impossible :p

ok , my questions are :

I have slight gyno due to that STUPID nor androstenedione and androstenedione ( I used roids like primo , eq and winny before and never had gyno ) but I used some andro and nor-andro some time ago and now I have some gyno ( slight ), do you guys think I should use arimidex with the cycle ?? will it hurt the results ?? or should I wait until I finish the cycle to use the arimidex ??

Also , what about clomid ?? do you guys think I should use it also ?? or only use it after I finish the cycle if my libido is down ?

Definitely use clomid post cycle. YOu won't need arimidex but if you want to try it for the gyno, that's up to you. You might consider a higher eq dose also.
 
Doses are to low for you to reach your goals. Run the Winny at 50mg/Day and the HGH at 4iu/Day for 5 days on and 2 days off. IMO 2iu/eod is way to low. Maybe add some Test in there as well and your goals may become more attainable

wasup bro ? Well the doses are pretty good for my goals , I don't use roids for 3 years , so I don't need high doses for good effects , it will be like a first cycle .....The GH is more for the fat loss , and I have used this dose before and I know how well it burns fat in my body + the clen and my perfect diet and aerobics for 30 mim on empty stomach 4 days a week ...so I think I have the fat loss covered ...,

the only problem here is that I might not gain all the muscle mass that I am looking forward too ( 11 lbs ) , BUt I am pretty sure that I will gain at least 7-8 lbs of mucle mass ... perhaps if I tell you how my diet looks , you will understand why I think my goals are atainable , here it goes :


meal 1 - 2 scoops whey protein + 1 glass orange juice

meal 2 - Myoplex plus deluxe

meal 3 - Brown rice ( not too much , a portion of the size of my clenched fist ) + 2 chicken breasts + vegetables

meal 4 -Myoplex plus deluxe

meal 5 - Brown rice ( same portion ) + 1 chicken breast .

meal 6 - 3 scoops whey protein .



suplements besides myoplex deluxe and whey protein - betagen , xenadrine ( in the weeks off clen ) , vit C , vit E .

bro, you need to incorperate more real food into your diet..... 4 out of 6 meals are supplements!!! add some lean meat, flax oil, eggs, oatmeal, bread, potatoes, peanut butter, cottage cheese, ect.... there is absolutely no EFA's in your diet.. take advantage of all these great tasting foods!!!!

yeah 4 out of 6 meals are supplements , but that is why my diet is so good , it is so clean , I only eat 25 g of fat a day .....the rest is clean carbs and clean proteins .....it is better to drink 2 scoops of whey protein than eat egg whites and cottage cheese , the egg protein is not that good ( compared to WHEY ) and the cottage cheese contain come fat ....so the best option is the PURE high quality whey protein ....


I do eat lean red meat instead of chicken sometimes , and I do eat pasta or potatoes instead of brown rice sometimes ..


about the EFA's ..... I hate fish ....but I take 2 myoplex plus DELUXE a day .....the myoplex plus deluxe contains MASSIVE doses of CLA ......so that part is covered ...

No offense bro, but your diet isn't that perfect or clean if you're at 13.5% bodyfat. You have to know that.

If your diet is as good as you say, and you do 30 minutes of cardio four times a week, you just shouldn't be at 13.5%.

I started this diet 50 days ago and I was at 22 % BF with 175 lbs of muscle mass ....


look at my muscle mass now and look at my bf % now , you can clearly see that the dieting is working PRETTY well....

So you're saying that in 50 days, you ADDED 12 pounds of muscle mass, while dieting off 8.5% body fat? And you did all of that without insulin, gh, or AS?

I think your measurements may be a little off. i would venture to say that this kind of body transformation in this little time is IMPOSSIBLE. If you can do that in 50 days, you don't need AS or anything else.

I'm not trying to bust your balls bro, but you'll get more help from the guys on this board if you give more accurate and truthful information.

here it is again and come to think about it it was 60 days not 50 ....

ok , I was with 178.5 lbs and now I am with 187 . so it was 8.5 lbs of muscle mass in 2 months. ...yes it was ....I am not asking you to believe , believe if you want ....I don't fell the need to lie ...

and the body fat drop was from 22 % to 13.5 % .


the diet is there , just look at it and you can see there is no fat in my diet ........cheat meal once every 10 days.

supplements used : xenadrine , metabolic thyrolean , myoplex plus deluxe , super whey fuel , betagen , vit c , vit e .

and I used TRIAC for 2 weeks ( BUT ONLY , ON-LY for 2 weeks )

training :

lift 6 days a week , one body part each day .

cardio - jogging/running on the SAND - BEACH .for 30 mim , 4 times a week .

if you have the discpline you can transform your body in record time without AS , but someday then you will have to fight against genectics , that is where you gotta use AS ...

I don't think I can gain another 8 lbs of muscle mass that easy .....and I have a tendencie( SP?? ) to get fat , so it will probably be a pain to get my body fat to 4.5 % without AS ....one time I reached 10 % ( in the past ) ....but I don't think I can reach 4.5 % without AS ....that is why I will use it now ....to gain 11 lbs of muscle mass and drop my bf to 4.5 %

Sorry buddy for one, you have to up the dose of the EQ, and the GH. On top of that that diet is nothing close to perfect, you should be eating more fat, EFAs(flaxseed oil), you body will not burn fat if you don't feed it fat, and those are not fats your body will store. Good Luck bro, and those goals are pretty hard, i mean BF5 @ 4.5 is tough, but all in all Good Luck.
