Ok bros i am 6'1" 276lbs 30 years old don’t know my bf%. I just bought a treadmill and smith machine. Started working out and hitting the mill 20min ed. About 5 years ago I was hitting the weights ed for about 1.5-2hrs ed for about 10 months I lost 92lbs of fat and almost tripled the weight I was pushing. I was using diet fuel with ephedrine and eating white rice and tuna/chicken/salmon for every meal with some fruit and 3 multi vits ed. My question is what do you bros think would be better for fat loss T3 or Clen. I am leaving for Paris Amsterdam and Germany in 13days for my honeymoon so I was thinking clen for the 13 days then 14days off and so on and so on. Can I get some links so I can research the pros and cons of each one and some advice?
