Starting first cycle log. ``Blast from the Past``

Hello all. Im new to this forum but love it. Im going to start my first ever cycle log. Ive done a cycle many years ago so in essence this is probably something id call a first cycle but i have the benefit of some experience from the last time.

The first ever cycle i did was deca @ 400 mg pw
sust 250 @ 500 mg pw
dbol 30 mg ed pw x 4 weeks.

I remember clearly at around the 3rd week. The sust and deca hit me like a freight train. Felt so massive and pumped everytime lol. Everywhere i went i remember folk saying what the **** are you on - like some sort of psychological confirmation that yes - the juice is working LOL.
The best feeling ive ever felt. So was a positive cycle all around.

THIS TIME. Im going to go with the following.

DECA @ 400 MG WEEKLY
SUST @ 500 MG WEEKLY
DBOL @ 30 MG DAILY FOR 2 WEEKS
ANADROL @ 50 MG DAILY FOR NEXT 2 WEEKS ( first 2 weeks dbol then change to drol )

I always wanted to try anadrol - although im not willing to run it for 4 weeks on the trot so will split with the dianabol.

Im going to run ADEX right throughout the cycle which is 10 weeks.

I have nolva on hand and clomid for pct. Im currently in cardio pre cycle prep. Want to lose some bodyfat before cycle so will keep u guys posted.

Stats are 185 lbs
18 percent b/f
5`11
will consume 5-6000 kcals per day.

supps on hand. Cod liver oil
glutamine
Bcaa
efa`s
mutli vits
super strength LIV 52 liver protectant.
milk thistle
whey protein
milk and egg protien ( slow release )
I expect great things from this cycle. Im also a sucker for muscle pumps LOVE IT lol. Ive heard about the skin tearing pumps on drol - so lets see what this combo lives up to all the hype. I will post starting pics - midway pics and when i finish my cycle. Cant wait to get started. Im calling this log ``Blast from the past``
 
Yes its a nice bread and butter cycle mate , should be good and interesting to hear about the change from A50 to d'bol.

Going well so far bro - ive still got 4 weeks of this cardio to nail down. Im doing 45 mins bike / stepper / treadmill , and in the evening im doing boxing training which is cardio internsive along with some bag / pad work. I think its a great thing for everyone to do a pre cycle keep to get the internals bang up to working order. Im only doing this quite lengthy cardio prep due to having a lazy attitude to training these past few years and smoking on occassion so as well as losing some excess bodyfat, would also get my lungs and heart up to their optimum level prior to the cycle.
