Starting DBOL some one tell me EXCACTLY what I need

Thats almost right on lol. Yea you are right about that. Here's what I ate today.


-6 AM 2 Kolaches
-11 PM French bread pizza...
- 3 PM Buffalo wild wings (12)
- And I just finished off a rib eye steak a few minutes ago.

Thats about what I eat on a daily basis. Is that not enough?

Yea I'll stick around. Can yall give advice on supps/workouts our does it have to be steroid related?

I think you'd be lucky to be getting in 2000 cals with that. I dont know your height but at your weight, your BMR is probably near 1700-1800cals. Your not gaining any weight because your are not exceeding the amount of cals you need on a daily basis to maintain your current weight. In order to gain weight you have to exceed that amount and vise versa to lose weight you have to eat under that amount.

Sounds like you want to learn, good. Read everything on this site for about a year then you'll know what to do.

No, that's not enough food. Get a quality lifting program and stick with it, get strong and eat big.


technically you can shoot dbol, I am sure the old reforvit b is still floating around

You said you've wasted money on suppliments and got nothing. Well for one a very large majority of suppliments are worthless and will do nothing for you. Their claims are extremely exaggerated and it is all a marketing ploy to get people to buy their products. Now dont get me wrong there are suppliments out there that are important.

Lets get down to the nitty gritty, YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH. Plain and simple. How much are you eating?? How many calories a day, do you track what you eat? I encourage you to do that, click on the link in my sig and download my excel file. Its simple to use and is a tool for you to use. Get in a lot of protein. At your weight if you want to really gain some weight try eating 3500 calories a day, get in at least 200g of protein per day, whether it be from protein shakes w/milk, or meats like chicken, steak, etc. Do that for a week or two and if you dont notice a change up the cals to 4000 per day. Now assuming that you are EXTREMELY active every day and that your metabolism is EXTREMELY high, you should be able to gain weight at 3500 cals.

AAS are, like tracking what you eat, a tool, it helps but if you are not eating right for your goals its not going to be very effective. I urge you to listen to these other guys here dont do dbol, take my advice and get your diet in check. Eat like you have never eaten before, do it every day 6-8 times a day. Its not easy getting down massive amounts of calories each day, but you get used to it and YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT.

I cannot say this enough, DIET IS THE KEY!!!!!!!!!

There are diet, exercise, anmd supplement forums located on these boards. READ THEM. Read all teh stickies in this forum too. There is a wealth of knowledge in there. A lot of good guys have made life easy on us and set up some bad ass spread sheets to calculate diet and training. Look for them and use them. Most importantly, read, read, read!

every 3-4 hours. if you cant eat a meal drink a pint of milk.
eggs tuna beef chicken peanuts almonds mackerel.
just keep eating till you start to gain.
 
God, I can't eve keep up with all of these retarded posts. If I continue to flame every one of these guys eventually that's all that I'll be doing. I admit it's kinda fun letting these dumbasses know that popping pills and taking a shot is gonna turn them into Mr O in 6 wks. I think a lot of them won't even consider using AS after they find out how much work is involved in making noticable gains and maintaining them. Then again, there's always some dumbass that thinks he's gonna do it his way regardless of anyone's advice-good or bad.
 
At this guy's stage I'd suggest that, provided he simply gets in enough overall calories, diet is not the key but just another factor. He needs to learn to train to gain and get himself onto a strength-based training program.

If you eat a large surplus of calories and don't work out well then you'll most likely just get fat. With a good surplus of calories and a good strength program, you'll grow a significant preponderance of muscle over fat. Take yourself over to the training forum and take a look at some of the programs there in the training vault.
