Starting DBOL some one tell me EXCACTLY what I need

Dude if you are serious with this garbage then wherever you are doing your research is probably associated with the general media becuase you haven't got a clue. Dbol alone will make you big and bloated, then POOF it will disappear.
 
I think you are going to be determined to take steroids because you have convinced yourself that you cannot gain any muscle or weight without them. Stop thinking that. You said you've wasted money on suppliments and got nothing. Well for one a very large majority of suppliments are worthless and will do nothing for you. Their claims are extremely exaggerated and it is all a marketing ploy to get people to buy their products. Now dont get me wrong there are suppliments out there that are important.

Lets get down to the nitty gritty, YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH. Plain and simple. How much are you eating?? How many calories a day, do you track what you eat? I encourage you to do that, click on the link in my sig and download my excel file. Its simple to use and is a tool for you to use. Get in a lot of protein. At your weight if you want to really gain some weight try eating 3500 calories a day, get in at least 200g of protein per day, whether it be from protein shakes w/milk, or meats like chicken, steak, etc. Do that for a week or two and if you dont notice a change up the cals to 4000 per day. Now assuming that you are EXTREMELY active every day and that your metabolism is EXTREMELY high, you should be able to gain weight at 3500 cals.

AAS are, like tracking what you eat, a tool, it helps but if you are not eating right for your goals its not going to be very effective. I urge you to listen to these other guys here dont do dbol, take my advice and get your diet in check. Eat like you have never eaten before, do it every day 6-8 times a day. Its not easy getting down massive amounts of calories each day, but you get used to it and YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT.

I cannot say this enough, DIET IS THE KEY!!!!!!!!!
 
Aight so, just forget it then? Maybe I'll come back to a dbol/test cycle in a few years or somthing. Ok so in conclusion.. any supps worth taking? Guess I'll just keep eating and hitting the weights and see what happens. Yea just researched dbol a little more.

That site is dbol right? It says you get fast and powerful gains, but doesn't really say that you lose everything right after. I believe you because thats what the seller told me to, said I would need to stack. Anyway though, I'll come back in a few years ;).

OK last question, do i pay the extra $50 and try to resell for $100 (the dbol). OR just say fuc* it and be down the $50 I already put in.

no price talk. but dont leave here and then come back when you want to get on a cycle. stick around and learn from other peeps, that is what Im doing anyways. Im 21 and still waiting till im a bit older to start up

Thats almost right on lol. Yea you are right about that. Here's what I ate today.


-6 AM 2 Kolaches
-11 PM French bread pizza...
- 3 PM Buffalo wild wings (12)
- And I just finished off a rib eye steak a few minutes ago.

Thats about what I eat on a daily basis. Is that not enough?

Yea I'll stick around. Can yall give advice on supps/workouts our does it have to be steroid related?

Hes right ya know. Hang out here, ask questions. You've stumbled onto a wealth of knowledge on this board, dont throw it away. There are a lot of good bros here and a lot of boards to look thru. Let us help you.

Sounds like you want to learn, good. Read everything on this site for about a year then you'll know what to do.

No, that's not enough food. Get a quality lifting program and stick with it, get strong and eat big.
