Starting dbol cycle

so i am starting dbol on monday. i have heard about losing my gains after i cycle off... what can i do to prevent this? i have 10 mg dbol pills and am not looking to waste my money so i want to use them. any help please? also if anyone could tell me a good way to diet on this and the correct dosage, please do.

You dont sound like you have done hardly any research. At least post some stats, cycle history( or lack of ), and PCT plan. I am personally against Dbol only cycles. About six weeks post cycle you will be wondering wtf happened to your strength and your motivation will be way down. Nothing worse than working your ass off just to lose it all. Just my opinion.
 
i agree. im 6 ft 230 pounds. first time doing this. i dont need to take it alone im looking for suggestions of what to stack it with. not sure about a pct. im here to get answers to my questions and learn. i dont have to start right away but im looking for some people to help me get all this figured out considering none of my friends are into any of this. is there a way that i can do the dbol in combo with something else so i dont lose my gains?
 
yeah after pct, maybe 2 or 3 weeks your motivation plumets because you're not as strong as you were and you need to be mentally strong to keep going and push through it. that, imo is the only reason to be against dbol only cycles.
you'll not lose your gains if you continue to work hard though. that's where people go wrong and claim to lose all their gains.

as for keeping all the weight you put on during the cycle, your best bet is to take an A.I. with it, that way the water weight will be less and you'll have less to lose post cycle.

best way to use them and NOT be wasting your money would be to do a shed load of research into what you're doing and you'll have a good understanding of what you're looking to do.
that said you seem dead set on starting on monday so I'd imagine this will fall on deaf ears
 
i mean what else is there to really know? i have a lifting routine, i eat pretty well, i dont get what else there is to know besides the correct dosage
 
Well anything can go wrong!!! At least be aware of the consequences. Cause ppl may not always be able to help you so quickly with something goes wrong. So much info on here dude. Just look around the forum. I mean you never even thought about an AI, right? How about timing your dosage?
 
whats an ai? part of the problem is when my friend explained this to me he didnt tell me about all this side stuff to stack with... he told me just taking the pills would work wonders... i kind of just wanted a simple cycle to gain some size and hold it... not to be a monster on all kinds of shit

your friend doesn't know anything about AAS thats why he didn't tell you.

works wonders huh? just like that? a magic pill huh?
 
im 21, normal bp everytime i go to the dr, and idk how to figure out my body fat. im just looking to get bigger and tone up... not lookign to be a monster
