Starting Compound Execrcise Routine, Input Appreciated

i am going to go back to the mon-wed-fri full body routine like bill stars 5x5 and wanna only do compound exercises to get my proportions corrected, however my lat width is lacking a lot and might need to do some extra "assistance" work to bring them up.my main focus is just going to be power and hopefully size comes with it, so i am going to do a lot of low rep,heavy weight sets.

Flat bench
Bent Rows
Squat
Wide Grip Pull Ups(or will the bent rows widen the lats just as good?)
abs

and that is it, going to keep it simple and pray that everything else grows and falls into place. any thought/suggestions?

they will grow with the compound movements, like rows and bench. personally i think isolation exercises are for people that are as big as they wanna be but have a couple lagging areas but each his own.

Solid. You need the rows for back thickness and the pull ups for width. But, no need for deads and rows on the same day.

You no likey the routine I laid out the other day. Hang cleans and Power Cleans baby. There's nothing like puking after doing power cleans and then squats on these hot humid days. Plus it had overhead press for your upper chest/delts.

You'll grow for sure. Just eat enough. If you can put weight on the bar on Friday, then you probably need to eat more....assuming Friday is your personal best day.

follow slow, strict form on deadlifts and do a 5x5 routine. don't do a ton of reps because form breaks down after many reps even at lighter weights.
