Starting ANAVAR only cycle 2day!

OK, here we go.....
I am starting an Anavar only cycle today. I will begin @ 80mg daily (40mg @ 0600 , 40mg@1800) for 4 weeks (will probably extend to 12 weeks). I may also increase the dose to 100mg daily. This will be my first cycle in over 10 years. I am 158 Lbs at 12 % body fat as measured by tape/formula. Probably somewhat innacurate, but I will see my Dr. Thursday for a real measurement of bodyfat. Just completed full bloodwork as well and I'll do another lab series at week 4 for sure. My goals are to visably cut (very subjective!) add 5 lbs of muscle and lose 5-6 points of body fat. Diet is a challenge because of my lifestyle , however I will do a modified Atkins diet and try to maintain a 3,250 calorie intake. I will not cut out coffee...no fuckin' way. I will not eliminate non-fat milk.
Besides my normal resistance weight training I have the following exercise goals by the end of week 4:


Swim 500 yards in 12:30
Rest 10 Mins
45 Push-ups in 2 Mins
Rest 2 Mins
50 Sit-ups in 2 Mins
Rest 2 Mins
8 Pull-ups
Rest 10 Mins
Run 1.5 miles in 10:45


I may take Halo once a week or so before these timed events to help with the motivation level.

I'm loving some anavar right now. I'm using it with sust and my weight and strength are exploding. You seem to have more of a cross-training theme going on, but to each his own I guess. You should really keep a record of all your lifts, especially the basics. I usually judge my progress by flat bench or incline bench, deadlifts or barbell rows, squats, and behind-neck presses or front presses. It's just easier for me to keep up with stuff like that. As long as I can keep the weights and the scales moving, I'm happy. Good luck bro.
 
Dude...no offense but what your doing seems very much like a half-assed attempt. It's my firm believe that if you're going to do something, you do it right. I have similar stats and that "cycle" just isn't going to do anything. Might as well burn that money.

Do yourself a favor--save the anavar and buy yourself a little more juice.

Also, 86 the Halo's, do a little more research. That fact that you called your diet a modified Atkin's diet shows that you really haven't done much homework. It's better to refer to something like that as a low-carb/no-carb diet. Honestly, your goals are pretty modest. You should be able to reach your goal without AS and a decent diet with some hard work.

You seem ready to do the work (i.e. cardio), just do it wisely.

However, if your hellbent on juicing up, look into Fina, Winstrol, Deca, and/or Test. You really should stack to take advantage of steroids, otherwise the effects you see will just be your hard work which you'll wind up attributing to the AS. Your results will be so much better.

hey bro, im doing an anvar and winstrol cycle. I was thinking of doing sust and anavar for next cycle. how long have you been on sust, and what is your dossgae?..i heard that it takes 5 weeks for sust to kick in because of the long ester..
 
I've been on for 11 days. I'm up 10 pounds already (probably due to mass amounts of creatine and food). It does take sust 4-5 weeks to really hit you unless you front load. Here's my next cycle:

weeks 1-10 Enanthate 600mgs
weeks 1-10 Equipoise 600mgs
weeks 1-6 Reforvit-B 50 mgs ed
weeks 7-13 Fina 200mgs ed
weeks 7-13 winny 100mgs ed

I agreed with some of your comments but I bet you money this guy achieves his goals on this cycle. Stacking is not a prerequisite. He has plenty of drugs for an anavar only cycle.

I have money on him getting solid gains (assuming his training/diet is ok).
 
ebutts... how old r u bro?

45 push ups in 2 minutes? what's the point in timing it? never heard of such a thing. and that is like 1 push up per 2.5 seconds. what kind of push ups are these? good luck on the track or whatever u r doing. becareful, these guys only like other body builders. i myself relate to ppl who poke themselves and lift pieces of metal over their heads.
 
lost 5-6 points off your body fat... if you are 12 percent and your diet isn't completely perfect i see that as impossible. especially if you are trying to gain muscle at the same time. the bf goal is a high one, good luck
