starting a d ball only cycle..

hey guys was going to stay all natural but my buddy used them for a month and had another pack laying around said i could have them to try... what should i be taking with these to make sure i stay as healthy as possible.. also what our the side effects like??? i hurd hair loss? theres no baldness in my family... is it true that that could happen? do i need to take any anti estrogens? etc thanks alot

I wouldnt suggest running DBOL solo.I would use some TESTOSTERONE with it and definitely some anti estrogens,,,and dont forget after the cycle you will need to do PCT.
 
What are you specs. Age/weight/Height How many years have you trained? Whats your diet like? What have you taken before?
From everything that I've read on this forum and online in general D-bol is not a good idea to run by itself. It's used more as something to kickstart a cycle of an injectable and give you quick gains until the long esters kick in. I'm not very experienced or educated on AAS so I'll let the pros give you some advice.
 
Ya at 166lbs I think you could atleast get to 175-180 before you start juicing. If your diet and training aren't spot on its really a waiste of money to use gear. These are just our opinions tho we're here to help you. Btw whats your plan for pct?
 
diet is good... every morning im having oatmeals and some fruit... or havin eggs and toast... 10 oclock protein shake... 12 oclock couple chicken breasts... 3 oclock small snack and another shake... dinner steak or chicken... im workin out pretty hard 30minutes of cardio every workout... lifting heavy.. mondays i work chest and tris. 4 sets per excerside... im liftin a solid 275 for max on bench right now... tuesdays i work biceps and back... same thing 4 sets per exercise... wednedays day off, thursday shoulders and abs, friday legs... if someone knows of a good routine and diet let me know i thought this was decent... ill have to take a pic later but my body fat is low probably 10-12& id guess fairly lean
 
My 1st cycle was a dbol only cycle and i ran it at 30mgs ed for 6 weeks. Gained 17lbs keeping 12 of them. I loved it.
