Starting 2nd cycle soon.. opinions needed

You must wait a lot longer before cycling after PCT. Time on plus PCT equals time off before cycling. Deca is a very poor choice for a second cycle. It takes forever to build up and forever to clear, so recovery becomes a nightmare after Deca. Your PCT is absolutely terrible also. You need to get on the proper things for PCT ASAP

Optimal PCT for best recovery:

For PCT purposes, 12.5mg EOD should work well
