Hey all-
I did my first cycle this summer.... (SUS 500---EQ 400) and gained about 23 pounds off of it. I ended up keeping about 16-17 of it throughout the fall. I was really happy w/ my strength gains and was pretty happy about my growth.
However, beginning in December... it went bad. I'm in grad school and was taking 8 classes and then finals and term papers hit. I didn't have time to breathe. let alone lift regularly and eat right. For the next month or so, I was really bad about working out and eating right. I lost most of the muscle that i gained off my first cycle... and a lot of the strength. It is fuckin' annoying... I am kickin myself now for letting this happen. But I can't go back in time.
I have gotten back to the gym and my usual routine and am about to start my second cycle. I am hoping to put on about 15 pounds or so... and maybe shed a percent or two in body fat.
My current stats are 5'9, 177 lbs with about 14 percent bf.
I would like to trim down some... and i am going to be very good about eating CLEAN and doing cardio on this cycle. Last cycle, which was more for building mass... i put on a lil more fat than i would have liked. (But it comes w/ the territory).
Here's what i am thinking....
Fina homebrew 75/day Weeks 1-8
Test prop 400/week Weeks 1-10
Chinese Ananvar 40/day Weeks 11-20
Clomid therapy
Superclen-ECA 2week switching
I want to do Fina this time cuz i have been reading so much about its great anabolic qualities and that it can work well on a lower carb diet.... and it has some chance at burning fat.
I am going to be lifting 4 days/ week and doing cardio 3-4 days/ week.
My diet is going to be about 3000 cals per day w/ about 300 grams of protein in there.
Let me know what you guys think about all this. Thanks for the help...
