Started to train in the mornings and have a question...

I am use to hitting the gym in the evening after i have eaten all day. Now i have to go in the morning at 6am. What can i eat on the way to the gym that will benefit my workout? I have the rest under control. Thanks
 
make some eggs and oatmeal an hour before. if not then maybe mix some waxy maize and pasturized eggs whites together, though it probably will taste like shit on a stick.
 
If you are doing cardio and trying to lose fat...empty stomach.

You could sip on BCAA's on the way.

If ur havin eggs/ whey/ waxy maize - I sometimes make a protein pancake. just use plain/ vanilla whey, blend all 3 together then fry in a pan. Tastes pretty good
 
I train in the mornings as well...I have egg whites (3-1 ratio) and plain oatmeal 'bout an hour before I start training...

and yes, life IS good
