Started new cycle! Here it is.

Little late been busy but here it is!
Started Monday April 8th.
1-10 test p 50mg ed.(350 per week)
1-8 tren ace 60mg ed (420 per week)
1-4 Anadrol 50mg a day
1-10 caber .5mg EOD
1-4 n2guard.
6-10 Hcgenerate
1-10 exemestane 25mg tabs. 12.5 EOD
milk thistle 1-10

Pct
25/12.5/12.5/12.5 clomed.
Unleashed/combo
Zinc


Just so you all know I'm running tren at a higher dose then test because iv heard nothing but good results. So I figured I'd try it. And sense they both battle for the same receptor why not run the stronger compound higher?

Plan on getting blood work done at week four, i had kidney problems last cycle so I'm really going to keep am eye out on that. Stay on top of my water and vitamins and I'll be okay.

Current stats

Age: 24
Height 5"8
Weight 175
Goal weight: 190
Diet clean, around 5500 calories.

Everything looks good ,EXCEPT, i would sub the milk thistle with N2Guard it covers all your bases, and along with lots of water drink some Cranberry Juice also its good for purifying the liver, esp since you've had liver issues in the past.

Looks good bro, they only thing I will suggest you add if bulking is n2slin. I'm on week 3 of my tren blast and I ran n2 slin from day one and I'm up 10lbs so far. Something with that combo has been putting about 3-4 lbs a week on me.

Got my caber in a week or so ago and been doing .5 ed. When I started I wasnt lactating so I figured im good lol. I'll stay on top of it tho for sure

Yesterday I felt good. I did back.
Bent over rows 185x12 4 sets
Dead lifts 225x12 225x12 315x8 315x8
Pull ups 20/10/10/10
Lat pull downs 185x12 dropped too 165x 12. 3 total sets
Unsure what their called but
Close grip vertical pull downs ( target lates) 165x12 155x 12 drop set 3 total sets

Vitimans:
Zinc, vitiman c, fish oil, flax seeds, potassium, b12.

Supplements: protein isolate shake, 50mg anadrol, 50mg test p 60mg tren ace. .5mg caber and .5 mg arimidex.

Today I worked out shoulders.
military over head press: 115x12x
115x12 115x12 115x10
Up right rows: 85x10 85x10 85x10
Arnold's: 45lb dumbbells, 3 sets of 10
Regular dumbbell press: 70 lb dumbbells 3 sets of. 8
Side Lateral raises 35lb dumbbells 3 sets of 12
Front lateral raises 40lb dumbbells 3 sets of 10

Supplements:
Arimidex .5mg
60mg tren
50mg test p
Bcaa powder
50mg anadrol (am)
Isolate protein shake
N2guard


Diet was clean!

If you notice gains slowing or a drop in libido lower the adex dose. Your test dose is low enough that you shouldn't need a high dose of adex.

I'd run the need2guard the entire length of the cycle in my opinion. Especially with the tren in there. Just my opinion . Power back the cayenne pepper too on everything

I would pin this way. Just a suggestion :)

In the past I know my blood levels and side effects stay more stable on ed injections compared too EOD. So I chose to stay ed ;)

Worked legs today, feeling good, haven't felt any strength increase yet. Its day 7.

Legs:
Squats: 135x20 225x15 315x10 315x10
Leg press drop sets: 450x10 360x10 270x10 180x10 90x12 3 complete sets.
Leg extension's: 120x15 160x8 160x8 160x8
Leg curls: 120x12 120x12 120x12 120x12
Hack squats: 270x10 270x10 270x8 270x8
Barbell lunges: 135x20 steps 4 sets

Knees feeling okay, warping it up makes it feel a slight bit better

Left workout felt awesome, legs feel good looking forward to tomorrow hitting biceps.

Felt good today, worked on biceps; triceps. Did my injection in my quad today painless but bled a lot..
Ita day 8 today, still not filling any strength increases but feeling little more firm and a little more aggression in the gym.

Workout:
Started with some 21's did three sets of 85lbs
Then moved on to incline dumbbell curls, 40lbx8 3 sets
Reverse barbell curls, 75x8 3 sets
Hammer curls 45x8 3 sets
Straight bar pull down 170x8 3 sets
45lb weighted dips, 10 reps 3 sets
Rop pull downs, 120x10 4 sets

Left the workout feeling good. Biceps is a big area I need to work on, and I thought I pushed pretty hard. So I'm happy with that.

Sorry guys been busy as hell and the elite app sucks lol.
I'll make a daily posy tonight but just wanted to let you all know gains are awesome so far up to 185. Only negative is my blood pressure is quite high. Its been around 155/46 lately.
My diastolic is super low. Today I started throwing cayenne pepper and garlic in every meal to help with my bp, and i also upped my water intake to 1 1/2 gallons a day. so I will keep you guys posted
