Started my Anavar only cycle

Started Couture Labs anavar @ 60mg/daily for 6 weeks three days ago. I am doing 1 muscle group daily along with 30 minutes of cardio and abs 5 days a a week. I am hoping to lose 4% before August 15th and a couple more by the end. I started at 17%.
 
wow...well if that is you in your pick you dont look 17% buddy...4% is a big number for 6 weeks...keep that diet in check...remember there is no such thing as a cutter....there is just diet...

I have kinda been in a state of limbo lately so all I have been doing is lifting and not really dieting or doing any cardio and gained some fat in my midsection, but now that I have motivation again I am ready to rock. I should have a good diet going here soon, it's harder than I thought to give up the sweets...I am going through caramel peanut Detour bars like crazy.
 
That's pretty ambitious fella.
I bet you gain 5lbs in the first 10 days.

Add some clen in your var cycle it will help a great deal.
Im on week 6 of 8 of var at 60 mg a day and clen in the mix and the results are great, increasted strenth and vascularity big time.
Remember cardio is a must at least 5 days a week ,A MUST..
good luck too you bro and go hard.
 
var will do wonders for your abs, and the pumps are insane


just remember to stay clean

personallly I like to run and just realized I cant run on var...my back gets pumped and sore.

training for a 5k race had to be put on hold for 2 weeks.
