Started dieting....am i loosing weight too fast?

half way through a cycle..... gained exactly 30 lbs. 168 - 198 (damn...never made 200). last week when i started winny and tren (still have 3 full weeks of cyp/deca) i cut all carbs in half, increased protien by half, eliminated all sugar and dairy and jumped on cardio 3x/wk and lost 10 lbs in a week, so i'm back down to 188. i noticed my strength decrease a bit, which i'm concerned about. since i'm still full of test and now even tren and winny, shouldn't my strength still be through the roof or is it normal because i'm not getting any carb or sugar energy?

any experience with this?

Don't worry, you have lost alot of water and you digestive tract is not holding as much food.

The weight loss should slow down next week. Now if it continues at that rate then you need to up your calories.

btw keep your protein high.

i agree with nautica, strength loss is very normal especially when u first start dieting-keep your protein to 1.5 grams per lb of BW
