Started cycle

I started my cycle this week. 500mg sus/week. It has been 10 years since I did a cycle so I wanted to start simple. But man my ass is sore. I took my shot on Tuesday and its still sore. I will update results. Thanks for everyones help.

takes me 3 full days to recover from the sus shot. i take it mon morning, sore till i wake up thursday, and thats mixed with EQ
