Diet ok needs improving but I'm going for size so some bads in it but mostly good
Goals mass and strength
Creatine and protein shakes included in training I know that diet is the most important tho
This is what I have started to do, I got feed back from some top guys on here about cycle and pct but still went ahead with this set up,
Sus 250mg x2 mon and thur
Bolderone 250 mg x2 mon and thur
Proviron 2 tabs a day
8 weeks this is for then
Pct : tamoxifen and clomid for two weeks
Good/ bad any improvement would be very much appreciated
