Start nolva 3 weeks into Sust cycle?

I'm going to use Nolva @ 20mg EOD for preventive purposes, so should I start 3 weeks into my Sust cycle? I'm using the same reasoning behind this as when you start clomid 3 weeks after your last shot.

How much sus are you running though? I ask because if you are running a good amount sus has short acting esters in it which can make blood levels of the drug high enough to cause side effects for those sensitive or prone to it.

437.5mg/week. It seemed during the last 3 weeks of my prior cycle my nipples were getting puffy - not sensitive, just puffy. I have cut down and they've shrunk noticeable so it could of been to my BF at the end of my last cycle (15%). Last cycle was 250mg/8 weeks w/clomid - no nolva.

I have 60 nolvas on hand and 50 clomids this cycle.
