In your Journals I want you to at least participate 4 times a week.

The journals are a chance for me to look DAILY at your progress, and most important a chance for YOU to ask me questions which I can answer ASAP.

it will also be fun and keep you "honest" :)

As far as Diet.
Just log if you were loyal to it.

As far As Training.
Only log the weights you used on the MASS MOVEMENT of each exercise as seen here:

omega- i may have missed something, but is there a diet link/thread? i just want to know what i should be loyal to :)

P.S. I just got back from legs, and I hate you. I've never felt weaker, or felt like I was going to puke. Those oblique/back extensions are really freaking hard when you're light headed. All that head movement even slow sucks, either that or I ate some bad chicken, I'm not sure which one.

I'm sure I'll love you later, but at the moment, you're a very mean person :)
 
I think it was just the distance my head was traveling in the movement, the floor crunches were fine, but after the squats I was extremely light headed and it didn't go away anytime soon. I think by next week I'll be fine. The workout done right is killer. I tried to incorporate everything Omega said. I thought it was going to hard, but it was brutal.

and actually superior to conventional leg and AB training
is safer, and better results.

OK sounds good, i will keep checking this forum periodically. this is fun, i can't wait to train legs/abs tomorrow :p

Yea wait until you do the legs his way and see if your still excited. lol it seems like it would be easy but the 2 sec principle is top notch and hard. drop your weight down to do it properly. I mean atleast 50% of what you normally do to do it right.

I felt like a lil bitch throwing up the 2 25 plates on each side and having a hrad time with ther last 2 reps. lol but i walked away and my legs were buckling. i love that feeling and the feeling of being done with legs for today. lol

Looking forward to reading your log.

are you saying to use 50% of my estimated 1 rep max for my first set of each exercise?
 
I used about 50% of my 8-10 rep workout poundage. If you use proper form and the 2 sec rule as strict as possible then youll feel great well not great but youll feel it and be glad you used less weight.
