Stanozolol & tendons

I have a small tear in my distal bicept tendon. I want to get a little more cut for the summer, and have stano on hand. I heard that throwing in Deca would help with the tendons. Will this keep me from getting ripped? What amount of Deca would I run if so. or any other suggestions??

1 - Age : 27
2 - Lifting History : 6 years 3 on the sauce
3 - Height : 5.11
4 - Weight : 235
5 - Estimated BF% : little fat in back love handles & lower bottom abbs.
6 - Diet : 5 meals 2 shakes consistantly
7 - Goals : Stay exactly the same size but with the abbs back!
8 - Proposed cycle : Stano & what else??

Deca will definitely help with the joints but I think that you will take on too much water retention to get the abs look you are striving for. I would recommend taking some some Tren Ace at 50mg/EOD for about 4 wks. This will help you attain your look if you can stand the sides.

I had a partial tear on my left bicep tendon two years ago. I used deca for ten weeks. It reduced the pain.
I also used 2 ius a day of gh for 5 months.
I had a follow up MRI and it had not really healed at all. Every time I did a pull movement I created more micro tears. The tendon is now covered in scar tissue and has adema.
This past September I partially tore my right bicep tendon.
I had cleaned out of everything last summer and I have been going real light on pull movements since the second injury. It is healing A LOT faster then the other! No AAS and no GH.
Let it heal. Go light. If your biceps get bigger or stronger you run the risk of completely tearing your tendon.
That said. I get wood thinking about using AAS again.

No it will not help with the tendons. Your best bet and safe bet as Slat stated is to go easy and let it heal naturally for a while. If you have to us an AS then Deca is probably the best for the joints.

ive said this 100000000 times, deca will not cure you but will give you a false sense that its cured when in actuallity you just increased synovial fluid masking the pain in turn making you say "shit this feels GREAT now i can increase weights and lift HEAVIER" and in the end your only doing more damage........good luck

I most definately feel your pain. my doc told me if it ripped all the way he would re-attach the distal tendon and it might allmost be at 100% but since it is only partially torn I have to just deal with the pain. It has been 3 years (I forgot to mention) its not healing any. I wonder how big I would be if it never happened!!! But everything happens for a reason!

I wear a sleve with icy hot to the gym now - it helps, and the smell keeps people from asking me tips all day - I wish...

Pain sucks but testically speaking its all menstral!!

You couldn't have said it 100000000 times, you only have like 1,500 posts. :p Just screwing with you. LOL.

Thats probably why it hasn't healed. I see guys ruin the rotator cuffs in basball all the time from using Icy Hot before they pitch. That stuff should only be used post-game (workout) to relieve the pain. If you use it during your workout you're just masking the pain and making the tear worse. You have pain for a reason... it's your body letting you know when it's pushed to the limit. Working out when something hurts a little is one thing, and it's something all of us do but when in it's an "injury" you have to go easy and let it heal.

using painkillers to be able to train will only extend the length of your recovery. this may be "ok", not helping but not hindering much, if you are just doing light pumping workouts, but any significant load is just going to strain the injury further.

It's been 3 years fellas! I'm thinking it had to have healed but the pain I am having is the scar tissue, but dont know for sure. at one point when it first happened I took off for six months but it only got better to a point. I have to find a new doc who understands how important bodybuilding is to me to fix this shit. I think my doc is jellous that I am jacked and he is a pencil neck.

This could very well be the case. Get a sports medicine doctor.

used stan at 50mg per day for 6 week burst and never had a problem, see what happens, think the joint pain is individual and over rated.
