Stanabol

Going to take Stanabol to cut up. Finished deca and d-bol cycle two months ago. 5'9" 190 lbs 12% bodyfat. Is 30 mg a day to small a dose. Also should I take the tabs throughout the day or all at once (10mg tabs). If you have any other opinions please let me know.
