Dude created the Terminator, the Predator, the aliens from Aliens, pretty much everything from Jurassic Park, and everything else thats been awesome over the past 30 years.

Too bad.

Terminator movies came closer than any other movie to changing my life. I loved those. Winston pioneered the way movies are made today. He's a legend and his work will live on.

Yeah this TOTALLY sucks!

I have been getting email after email about this all afternoon, he has been fighting cancer for quite a long time (15 years at least), so sorry it finally overcame him.

I had the absolute privilege of doing lab work for Stan Winston Studio a couple of times in '96-'97.

One of the MOST talented and genuine people I have EVER known.
