NPP Question

Hey bros, just popped the cap on my second vial of npp 200mg/ml and noticed that at first it was a cloudy, almost gel-like substance (unlike the first vial that was a clear, free flowing liquid-made with EO). After heating and shaking for awhile it became more liquid, but was still cloudy. Should it still be safe to use...is there anything that I should do (such as "cooking it") if it may have been exposed to cold temps during shipping (liekly given the fact that it is currently -10F here). Any advice appreciated.

p.s. DELETED the manufacturer name simply because I don't want this question to reflect negatively...I've used their products consistently with phenomenal gains for the past 6 months or so...its just gotten so damn cold here, and this is the first time I've had to deal with this.

NPP isn't easily dissolvable @ 200mg/ml. If it is cold where you are, it likely crashed and that's the cloudy, gel-like substance you are seeing. If you reheat it, it should be fine to use. However it will most likey crash over and over again so expect to be reheating it more than once.
