stacking metformin and insulin

I have a complicated question but wnated to see what the experts on here think? I have used metformin already, and I have used insulin separately. My idea is this: Would stacking metformin with insulin offset any of the fat storing I would get using insulin in the first place? so wouldn't combining them be good?

I never recommend anyone use insulin for bodybuilding purposes. Unless you have a shot at winning the Olympia, it is just flat out dangerous and you will likely just get fat from it anyways.
