Stacking GH and Humalog

I have experience with Insulin Humalin R and Humalog, so please no posts telling me how dangerous insulin use is. I am confused as to how to properly stack the two together, I have read some conflicting information. Some say do it at same time other posts say not too because insulin will deminish effects of GH. Whats the deal?

There are one of 3 ways to do slin. The first way would be to do 1 to 2 iu with each meal you eat, 5 to 6 times a day. This will definately get you big as long as you are eating right, getting plenty of carbs along with your protien. This is the best way to get the most out of what you eat and also the least amount of risk of going into shock. You definately want to get a good amount of mixed carbs(lots of fruits and vegies, some dextrose in PW shakes,) with each meal, and around 40 to 50 grams of protien with each meal also.
The other way would be to do 1 to 2 iu slin immediately PWO with your shake, and I mean a shake that contains 40 grams of protien and at least the same amount in dextrose. You work your way up from there by 1 to 2 iu a workout until you hit 10 to 12 iu. I personally wouldnt go above 12iu, but then again, I am conservative when it comes to slin.
You can also do both methods at the same time, but I dont reccomend it unless you are a pro and know exactly what you are doing.
Slin wont diminsh the effects of GH. They would actually work well together as long as your not doing GH injects and slin injects at the same time.
I have personally used slin without GH and with the first method and was amazed at the gains in weight.
Slin and GH used together are very synergistic if used properly.
 
My best gains on insulin have come with GH use and if used correctly work better than they both would individually. Just ensure correct diet is used when using the slin to ensure maximum fat loss with the GH.

Right now im doing an insulin only cycle but would loved to have had the budget to mix it with GH.

I have never tried slin at low doses over 5-6 meals a day but it sounds interesting and something I will be looking in to. I prefer building up to 10iu's and keeping it at 10 iu's taken twice daily at the key times.

Slin and GH complement each other very well when used correctly and the diet is spot on. As mentioned above, if you are not familiar with insulin - do not consider using it at any kind of high dose until you are.

Post workout you can get away with consuming higher carbs and protein than you normally would and this time is the time that carbs are less likely to be stored as fat.
 
regular 3 times a day with 30g's/carbs per each unit of slin...15 complex & 15 simple
Humalog pwo with same formula as above.
Be in tune with your body and be cognitive of signs of hypoglycemia..shakiness, hand tremors, sweats, racing heart, general feeling of impending doom from extreme hunger...and have carbs on hand in ratio as directed above.

Well thats exactly the question when would be the best time to do GH being that i am doing 10iu's Upon wake up with 60 - 80 grams whey protein, 70 grams of Vitargo, half Carbo Force, 20g dextrose, 10grams creatine. Same PWO.

When Would I throw GH into that, 3 hrs After my first Humalog Dose and again 3 hrs after my PWO Slin meal?

I like HGH PWO best.

With the answer I gave to your original question, I would, and do, my HGH inject first thing when I roll out of the sack. That would be priority for myself, and work everything else around your GH injections. Insulin is like BART is to San Fransisco, a shuttle, but rather than people, shuttles of nutrients to fatigued muscles. If you wake at the crack of dawn, and eat right when you get up, then you should rise from your slumber earlier by one hour, do your GH injerct, eat an hour or so later, then do your slin accordingly. Same with your second GH injection, or do you do all your GH at once? When you get above more than 4iu a day of GH you should split it into 2 injections a day, first being first thing in the A.M., and second being right before the afternoon. Unless you are doing it for general health reasons and are a geriatric person.
Slin right before or durring a meal time, Gh an hour before and after any carb intake.
