Just wanted to add another question to this post...
I've been following Shadow's program but without using any supps...mainly because i'm sooo confused as to which ones I should take, when, etc...
And yes, after reading this, I'm still a little confused...i'm a little slow when it comes to supplements...
I still have a long way to go...28% bf at the moment...Should I wait to lose some bodyfat to start using the supps, or should I start them now?
Should I be using ALL the ones mentioned above?
Do I take the glucorell before all carb meals?
Should I incorporate the YES at this point?
Do I take BOTH thermorexin AND cardio breeze?
And what about the creatine? What exactly is that for and will I benefit?
Again, trying to lose bf and gain muscle...
any help would be oh so appreciated.
