Stackers 3 .... Does it work ?

I am just wondering what poeple that have tried it are saying ? Do the pro's outweight the con's ? I have tired it for 2 days now & have been feeling a little weird . I've been having the shakes , been feeling a little jittery & woke up a couple time during the middle of the night . Does your body get used to it after a couple days or will i feel like this throughout the cycle . I know results will vary but what are your results while being on this (how much weight have you lost on a cycle) .

I think you're watching too much t.v.... have you seen the ingredients for stacker and compared them to other fat burners? You might be surprised...

What are you trying to say .... that stackers is no good ... can you recomend another fat burner that would be able to help me out . What is the difference between this fat burner and other fat burners ? I am 6'5 and weight about 280lbs , and i am so tired of being FAT . I just started going to the gym & really want to lose the weight . Any suggestion would be appreciated .
 
I don't know what your % body fat is... but if it's high, you will need much more than a "stacker". You gotta get your basics like diet in check, and you will lose lot of weight if you just monitor your diet. Fat burners do help somewhat, but you can't use them until you get to let's say 220 or 200 pounds. You'd be on a fat burner forever... Go w/ diet and exercise and you wont go wrong. Fat burners do help... but like i said... if you plan on cutting for a long time... let's say more than 2 months... you can't stay on it that long. It will start to lose it's effect after the 2nd week. You can however take for 2 weeks on then 1 week off and keep cycling like that. One of the best fatburner's I've used was Adipokinetics, the old MD6, and Xenadrine. In that order...
 
Riskybiz, I agree that diet/training comes first. Lose as much bodyfat as possible first. You should be able to pretty lean (i.e, less than 10% bodyfat) simply by being strict with your diet and training. The small effect that they have can really only be seen when you are already that lean, and just want to bring out some extra veins or make the abs look a bit better. Also, fatburners only seem to work IF your diet and training is in order--they aren't powerful enough to "undo" dietary mistakes or missed cardio sessions.
I think that a fatburner (I like Xenadrine) is good for one month max, about 10 lbs, but a good bit of which I believe is just water. I usually do 4 week cycles--4 on, 4 off, with 1 day/week off also. Even though I only feel wired for a week or two, I think it is still effective for a month.
 
I've taken stacker2, xenedrine and hydroxycut. It's all the same shit bro.......The good thing about stacker2 is the convience of only taking one pill.
 
Hey neo ..... have you lost any weight using these product ? I now that i will not lose any weight just by taking them .... i am watching what i eat , for the last two weeks , i have been pretty much only eating between 1 cup & 1 1/2 cups of rice for each meal .... along with some veggies . and what do you mean about taking one pill ..... you're supposed to take one after every meal ? I don't know if it's doing it's job but have had a hell of a time trying to sleep .... been waking up every night (at least a couple times a night )
 
Sandman, since they reduce appetite for awhile, you should actually be taking them BEFORE meals--like 20 minutes or so.

As far as your sleeping problems, don't take it in the evenings or anytime after 16:00. After a few weeks, you will get less of a stimulating effect, and you MAY be able to take a late afternoon or evening dose.
 
If you're just now starting to exercise you need to stay away from these supplements. Give your heart a head start before you start laying on the chemicals :)
 
my friend lost 35 lbs in 3 1/2-4 mnths on stacker 2...weight loss depends on each person...but ull be surprised how far natural dieting will get u so try that first then stackers
 
Between diet/intense cardio and resistance training/xenedrine I went from 205lbs to 160lbs in about 3 months. Then t3/clen took me to 150. I have tried others since including stacker. They are all basically ECAs with varying dosages. Stacker 2 is the product I have tried and wow did it mess me up. Where a daily dosage of xenedrine has some 40mg ephedra, a daily of stacker 2 has 75mg, nearly double. On the stacker 2 I would wake up dizzy and would not feel right, I stopped taking it after about 10 days. Go with a Xenedrine or Hydroxycut, ofcourse everyone is different, but Xenedrine worked wonders with me. Remember though that none of these ECA stacks are magic. Hard work and dedication are integral parts of weight loss, this shit just helps. O almost forgot that stacker has some sexual sides. Hard to get/keep an erection, same with xenedrine. :bawling:

Great progress. Question tho, did you notice any muscle-loss with the t-3? I was thinking of running clen/t-3 but I'm paranoid about muscle-loss.
