I was wondering if anyone had some advice for me as to whether I should add anything to help cut with this cycle I'm about to start as I'm entering the transformation contest and wanna get the beat results over the next 90 days.
Stats are as follows
28 yes old
6'6"
380lbs
Bf% not really sure but it's up there
Work out 5 days a week 2 days bis and chest 2 days tris and back 1 day legs. Do 30 mins of cardio every workout and sometimes go in on my sixth day to just do cardio sometimes not. Rest the seventh. Been working out for a few years like this. I can add muscle easy but can't seem to ever cut easy. Diet is pretty good though I should really try and make sure I eat every three hours or so which I don't do now but am planning out for this cycle to make the most of it. I keep portions smaller. Eat a lot of protein and a small amount of carbs. Cycle planned so far goes as follows:
Week 1 & 2- 20mgs a day epistane
1ml trenazone
Week 3 & 4- 40mgs a day epistane
2ml trenazone
Week 5 & 6- 60mgs a day epistane
3ml trenazone
I will be preloading cycle support for one week before starting and taking throughout. Taking fish oil 3 times a day glucosamine 3 times a day multivitamin twice a day pre workout and postworkout and take in a good protein blend about 200 grams a day. Haven't decided pct yet so any advice on that would be great.
What I'm wondering is that enough to use to cut on or should I add something like a fat burner to it at the same time or maybe something else. Any advice would be great. Thanks
