I was wondering if anyone had some advice for me as to whether I should add anything to help cut with this cycle I'm about to start as I'm entering the transformation contest and wanna get the beat results over the next 90 days.

Stats are as follows
28 yes old
6'6"
380lbs
Bf% not really sure but it's up there

Work out 5 days a week 2 days bis and chest 2 days tris and back 1 day legs. Do 30 mins of cardio every workout and sometimes go in on my sixth day to just do cardio sometimes not. Rest the seventh. Been working out for a few years like this. I can add muscle easy but can't seem to ever cut easy. Diet is pretty good though I should really try and make sure I eat every three hours or so which I don't do now but am planning out for this cycle to make the most of it. I keep portions smaller. Eat a lot of protein and a small amount of carbs. Cycle planned so far goes as follows:

Week 1 & 2- 20mgs a day epistane
1ml trenazone
Week 3 & 4- 40mgs a day epistane
2ml trenazone
Week 5 & 6- 60mgs a day epistane
3ml trenazone

I will be preloading cycle support for one week before starting and taking throughout. Taking fish oil 3 times a day glucosamine 3 times a day multivitamin twice a day pre workout and postworkout and take in a good protein blend about 200 grams a day. Haven't decided pct yet so any advice on that would be great.

What I'm wondering is that enough to use to cut on or should I add something like a fat burner to it at the same time or maybe something else. Any advice would be great. Thanks

Yes they are Ph. I was thinking of taking a test booster with it but had not decided on anything yet. Any advice on a good test booster and how much to take as I have only taken test boosters a few times and it was natren ngh from complete nutrition

Moya was meaning a low dose of an injectable testosterone. Not a "test booster"
 
I have never done an injectable. That makes me kinda nervous messing with needles to be honest with ya

more nervous than messing up your sex drive?... youre already taking a risk in permanantly damaging your natural horomone production...
that tren prohoromone is no walk in the park, have you really looked into what you are getting yourself into? there are much more serious reprocussions (sp?) with a highly toxic oral than injecting yourself with a horomone that your body naturally produces on its own...
 
Without wishing to be rude 6ft 6 and 380lbs ? I'm 6ft 6 and 260 ish and classed as a big guy either your a walking slab of muscle or you need to reduce your bf before you consider any compounds as the increased risk of increased blood pressure along will be a considerable risk!! If you are overweight delay the cycle until june and set that as your target to reduce your bf with cardio before you cycle(trust me from experience the lower the bf prior to starting the cycle the more impressive the results will be..

I get that I am already taking risks. I get that it is a powerful Ph. I have done my research and that's why I chose them. I have been planning this cycle for about a month or so. I just really don't wanna deal with injectables thats all. I dont like them. This may br a dumb question and show my lack of knowledge but why can't a test booster help?

Yes I am a big ass Guy. Yes my bf% is up higher than I would like. I have been doing cardio to lean out for months now and I'm ready to do this cycle. My blood pressure with be fine as it is no higher than the normal now and I'm taking a cycle support with it. I have done the research and prepared and I'm ready to do this. Thanks for the advice though and no I didn't take it as rude. I asked for advice and you gave it so thank you for that. That's much better than I have gotten from most.

Mate try and get your head round it and you'll be fine the 1st inject I did I sweated so much I had to take another shower lol 500mg test ew and you will never go back pinning is much better on the liver to.
 
I think the most important factor is your 360 lbs. Even though your 6 feet 6 thats pretty high. At this stage juice or phs are dangerous for your heart. Diet and get down to about 290, then do a cycle. At your height your target should be around 320 lbs at 10%. With you bodyfat and weight so high your heart is taking a beating. Think about your health first. No contest is worth your life.

This isn't about the contest. It just falls right in with the cycle I had planned. I already planned to start my cycle on the 1st. I really don't need lectures on my health. And telling me to get down to 290 is funny. I don't want to be that small. I haven't been 290 since like 7th grade. I'm not ever gonna be a small Guy with six pack ABS. I have a huge frame. I was a lineman. I just wanna get back to the 325 I was from 9th grade on but I don't have the testosterone to do that anymore as I'm 14 yrs older now. That's it. My health will be fine

because a test booster boosts your natural production... it does not replace it...
that tren prohoromone will shut you down for sure to zero, and without an outside source of test your levels will be zero because your body will have nothing to boost...

I work at a hospital running that is gonna raise your Blood Pressure, Don't think for one minute it can't happen to me because it can, thats why hi BP is known as the silent killer!

Why is everyone acting like I don't know it will raise my blood pressure. I get that. It does that to everyone. Instead of scolding me for it or trying to talk me out of doing the cycle how about someone offer some advice other than the cycle support to help with it. You guys act like none of you take them.

it is against forum rules to discuss sources bro... if your natty levels are low enough, you may be able to get a script from your doc... there are several legal ways to go about it, though some can be a bit pricey...

as far as sanitation, as long as you keep your gear in a clean area, like a medicine cabinet, take a shower before and use an alcohol pad before you draw from the vial and on your inject site you should be good... just dont do anything stupid like reuse a pin.. use one for drawing and switch to another one for injecting so you have a sharp pin, it will lessen the scar tissue... also switch sites...

you are also going to want to run your test a little longer than the tren PH as it clears your system... a week or two should be fine... really that tren horomone will be harsher then just about any injectable you will run besides other nandrolones...

i dont have a ton of advice to help with the BP issues... it would probably be best if you at least give your diet a little time to drop a little bf... keep up on your water intake (probably like 2 gal a day minimum for a guy your size), you will hold less water witch will help...
 
This may sound like an novice question but there are a lot of sites online when I look around and even some with steroids orals rather than injectables. Do the orals work the same way it is that just garbage. Also what type of steroid do you recommend as there are many and what kind of dosage?

you need testosterone in an injectable form to (at a minimum) replace what your body will no longer be producing... all steroids oral, inject or PH's shut down your natural production of that horomone...
most sites sell bunk shit...
for your proposed cycle you could get by with a lower dose like 250mg/wk...

Bro the reason peeps are trying to talk you out of it is because they're concerned for your health and well being. No one's trying to be a dick and hold you back. What is your current bp? You said it was now "normal" so I assume you've had it tested? My bp is slightly high (the systolic is high diastolic is fine) and I wouldn't dream of touching PH's or steroids until its all in the healthy range. What Radar said is right too, the better shape you're in the better 'roids will work for you.

You said you're doing cardio 5-6 days per week? That ought to help bring down your bp, do you smoke? If so cut down as that'll raise bp, how much sodium is there in your diet? Mine was far too high so I reduced it to less than 2g per day as that too can raise bp.

I'm entering that same contest too bro, and I won't be using anything other than diet and some supps for my joints. I even have an injury which prevents me from running or lifting heavy with my legs!

You're going about this all wrong....Bis & chest? What the hell is that? then you're doing Back and TRis.

Your Tris are being worked doing Chest movements ,thats the time to blast them. same applies to your back and biceps!

Get your shit tigether!

I get that I really do. Everyone acts like I'm like 100 lbs overweight or something. Yeah I'm not sure what my body weight is right now and its damn sure not like 10% or anything like that but I'm also not a short fat Guy with a big gut either. I promise you I am trying to plan this out as smart as I can to make sure I don't hurt myself that is the whole reason I joined this forum a few weeks ago cause I know damn near all of you prolly have more info with this than me as I am fairly new to it. I'm not trying to scold you I'm really not. I appreciate everyone taking time to read and give me advice. I'm sorry if I came off as frustrated I had a really bad day yesterday. So for that I'm sorry. Do you have any advice on what to take to lower my BP whole on the cycle. I have some bottles of competetive edges cycle support I was planning on running. Is that enough or is there something else?

I was a little hasty and apologized in the last post for coming off wrong. Yes I have had a physical about two months ago and yes my BP was fine then and I have even lost about 15lbs since then. Yes o do 5 to 6 days a week for about 30 mins of cardio sometimes more depending on my schedule cause I know I need it. No I do not smoke and do not drink and my diet has a minimal amount of sodium in it. I know everyone is just trying to help. Thanks for the advice

I'm not mad, but I can see how others could have gotten annoyed. Many people ask for advice then don't like the advice they're given. The thing is, when you have very experienced and knowledgable people advising you against a proposed course of action they're bound to get annoyed if you insist on following it against their recommendations.

I'm using "you" in the general sense here.
 
I know what you mean but then again I know my body better too. I will be monitoring my BP throughout and taking cycle support. I know when someone spits out that they are 380lbs you right off the bat think and an extremely obese Guy. I'm not that out of shape and if for any traspn my BP is unmanageable I will stop. I have decided that I'm going to run this cycle a little shorter than planned and a little light since everyone keeps warning me how harsh the trenazone is so I'm just gonna run a 4 week cycle and run epi at 30mgs a day for 2 weeks then 60 for two weeks and run the trenazone at 1ml two weeks and two mgs two weeks. If I like the stack and everything goes well I will take a month off then do it again with higher dosages and longer.
