Stabbing to chest pain

I've recently obtained a problem,
Everytime I do anything that winds me I feel like someones stabbing me in the chest.
Should I get this checked out or is it a possible pulled chest muscle?

Does it feel like it's radiating from the muscle? Is it only when you do chest exercises? if not then I would definitely get it checked out.
