The wheelbarrow is definitely the medley. Load a keg go 25ft, load a keg go 25ft, load a keg go 25ft. Unload out of the wheelbarrow and reload onto platforms.
The video just shows the what the implement is. We had to use 300lb bodies to simulate the kegs for the training day. We are going to load the kegs shortly for this. Around 1000lbs in the wheelbarrow with the big guys in it.
The contest is March 19th, 2005 in New Haven, CT.
There will be an APF CT Open Bench Press Meet going on at the same time.
