i received my lgd from sarm search the other day..its a green bottle with a dropper but how do you dose that stuff ?

it contains 20mg/ml..you have to take 1 à 5mg/day and the dropper is blanco..no indications on it ... ????

I always rip off the dropper and use an oral syringe to dose the sarms

Start at 3-5mg and work up from there. I haven't went past 10mg so I don't know how effective it is above that

your good to start at 5 mg day... stay there for two weeks and assess your tolerance...

Didn't SS provide you with an oral syringe? They sent oral syringes with my LGD order.

I just started LGD on Sunday. I got an oral syringe from the pharmacy.. easier to read imo. Started dosing at 6 mg, which is between the .3-.4 mark on the 1 ml syringe.. according the my math.

thanks guys...i didn't receive an oral syringe...I got one from uniquemicals a year ago..gonna search for that one lol
