Finally after 3 years or so I'm able to squat ATF pretty much pain free after coming back from a back injury...one of my major concerns is not to aggravate the previous injury or cause a new one.
In designing a leg workout there are certain exercises that I simply have to stay away from. Two of the major ones are 45 degree leg presses and SLDL.
So I'm wondering what you guys would recommend as far as set\rep range goes....I'm guessing something like 10-12 reps and never taking a set to failure to prevent any breakdown in form?
I'm also curious as to whether the squats will be enough to get a sufficient hamstring workout and prevent any imbalances...do I need to throw leg curls in there as well?
Thanks!
