Lately, I've been going a little crazy with squats...
I currently do ATF 7 x 6. I'm thinking of cutting that down to 4 x 4 (because I'm trying to get to 315) and planning on adding 3 x 6 box squats. Is this too much? I wouldn't think so because I was originally going to do leg press instead of box, so I figured what the hey.
