This thread got me thinkin' to when I used to do ATF squats. the only thing I could think of was that I didn't used to wear a weightlifting belt. So, I tried this last night and my form is still a tiny bit off, but it seems to work. I could only work out with 80# safely though. 10 reps at 4 sets and my legs were done! Did calf work after this, and went to do dead lifts and my legs were so weak I could barely put the 45s on the bar. So I had to move my deadlifts to another day. My legs have not been this sore since as long as I can remember!!!!!
