Im looking at getting some shoes from inzer. Debating between the flat sole and the wedge. I squat to increase my vertical and just for the sake of putting up bigger numbers. I use a medium-narrow stance squat. With my feet about two feet apart on average.
Will squatting with a flat sole detract from the gains i make in my vertical? if so how much?
And vice versa?
Will squatting with a wedged shoe prevent me from putting up large numbers in my squat.
I train with a westside template, how should things change based on the shoe. As i know the muscle groups used changes from a flat sole to a wedge sole.
