Im not a premium member so i cannot search well for this. I have been lifting on a regular basis now for a few months and I want to add squats into my routine. Ive tried it a few times w/ pretty low weight and i dont think i have a clue. I do get a workout, but my left knee just ends up hurting. If someoen can help me w/ the basics or direct me somewhere, Id appreciate it
